At the end of April, Nashville typically experiences mild spring weather. The average daytime temperature is around 70°F to 75°F (21°C to 24°C), while evening temperatures can drop to about 50°F to 55°F (10°C to 13°C). It’s a pleasant time of year, though evenings can feel a bit cool, so it's a good idea to bring a light jacket or sweater if you're out during the later hours. Nashville is all about casual, chic, country/southern vibes...get creative, stand out or blend in with the locals; check out the blog suggestion at the bottom of this section for more info on the Nashville scene.

Suggested attire is casual cocktail - this strikes a balance between relaxed and polished; no need to go into formal territory :)

Suggestions for (those identifying as) women: A knee-length or midi dress, a stylish jumpsuit, or a chic blouse with tailored pants or a skirt. You can accessorize with simple jewelry, and opt for heels, dressy flats, or elegant sandals.

Suggestions for (those identifying as) men: A dress shirt with slacks or chinos, paired with loafers or dress shoes. You can add a blazer or sport coat for a more refined look, but a tie is optional.

Suggested attire is smart casual - this means avoiding overly casual items like flip-flops, ripped jeans, or athletic wear. Here are some idea's to make packing a little easier...

For those identifying as male: A collared shirt or sweater, along with slacks or chinos. Consider bringing a light jacket or blazer for cooler temperatures in the evening.

For those identifying as female: A dress with a cardigan or a blouse with pants or a skirt, paired with comfortable shoes. A light jacket, shawl, or sweater is a good idea in case it gets chilly.

**Don't forget your swim, golf, gym/yoga attire if you plan to take advantage of the on-resort ammenitities!**

Please note that the Gaylord Opryland Resort does not have a hotel shuttle. You can find access to all ride app and commercial operators in the Ground Transportation Center on Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2 (exit the Main Terminal and turn right); these include:

- Uber, Lyft and KreweCar
- Rental Cars
- Taxis
- Limo's 
- Buses & Vans
